So I find out that a certain President of a certain country has more than likely bought a certain house in a certain town in which my family lives.

I call my uncle, who is not a fan of this certain President and say,

"Hey Uncle S. Guess what? Looks like a certain President bought a house and is going to be living less than 4 miles from your home!"

*5 seconds of dead silence*
